    Yes, we take pride in our work and want you to be satisfied with your cleaning. If you feel we didn’t meet your expectations, please contact us so we can make it right.
  • Are Bee Neat Cleaners trained?
    Yes, all our cleaners are trained and go through trainings every couple of months. Owners and trainers have gone through multiple certification courses and are constantly training all employees on best practices.
  • Is Bee Neat Cleaning Licensed, bonded, and insured?"
    Yes, Bee Neat Cleaning is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We can show proof upon request.
  • Does Bee Neat Cleaning do background checks?
    Yes, we do background checks on our employees.
  • Does Bee Neat Cleaning provide cleaning products?
    Yes, we will provide all cleaning products unless you ask for us to use your cleaning products.
  • Does Bee Neat Cleaning provide green cleaning?
    We can provide green cleaning upon request.
  • Does Bee Neat Cleaning offer discounts for recurring cleans?
    Yes, we offer discounts for recurring cleans.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    All cancellations must be received at least a day before your appointment or you will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Does Bee Neat Cleaning Co give back?
    Yes, we give back to different charity or non-profits. Currently we are working with Underground Railroad Organization. They help with the recovery of children that have been sold into sex trafficking.
  • What should I do before a clean?
    We don’t expect you to clean your home, however if you can pick up any lose items this will allow us to focus on great cleaning for you home.
  • What should I do with my pets?
    Please secure any pets that may be a threat. If pets are not secured, we might need to reschedule our appointment.
  • What happens if something is broken by one of the cleaners?
    If it is determined that our cleaner broke an item, we will replace of fix the broken item. If the amount is over a couple hundred dollars we will contact our insurance company and have them replace or fix them item.
