Because cleaning is a subjective service, we ask that you inspect our work as soon as possible.If you are not 100% satisfied with any area we have cleaned, simply contact us within 24 hours of your service appointment.

How It Works

To ensure we meet the high standards of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding satisfaction guarantees, our policy operates as follows:

  1. Notification: Please call or email us within 24 hours of the cleaning. Including photos of the area in question helps us address the issue with our team for training purposes.
  2. The Fix (Re-Clean): We will return to your home to re-clean the specific area of concern at no additional cost to you. We aim to schedule this correction within 1-2 business days.
  3. Refund Policy: Our primary goal is to fix the issue through a re-clean. Refunds are not offered in place of a re-clean; however, if we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction after the re-cleaning attempt, a partial or full credit/refund may be issued at management's discretion.
