Classroom Champions Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Bee Neat Classroom Champions program (the "Program") operated by Bee Neat Cleaning Co. LLC ("Bee Neat," "we," "our," or "us"). By submitting a nomination, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Program

Each month, Bee Neat selects one teacher as the Classroom Champion from the nominations received. The selected teacher receives the Classroom Champion award, Bee Neat donates $1,000 to the winning teacher's school lunch program, and the teacher receives 5 hours of complimentary house cleaning.

2. Eligibility

• Nominated teachers must be currently employed as educators at a school located in Utah.
• Anyone may submit a nomination — students, parents, guardians, and colleagues are all welcome.
• Employees of Bee Neat Cleaning Co. LLC and members of their immediate households are not eligible to be nominated.
• No purchase is necessary to nominate or to win. A nomination does not create a customer relationship with Bee Neat.

3. Selection

• One Classroom Champion is selected per month. Selection of each Classroom Champion is at the sole discretion of Bee Neat Cleaning Co. LLC, and all decisions are final.
• Nominations do not expire at the end of the month they were submitted — a nominated teacher may be selected in a later month.
• Bee Neat may contact the nominator or the nominated teacher to verify information before announcing a winner.

4. The Award

• The $1,000 donation is made directly to the winning teacher's school lunch program, not to the teacher personally.
• The 5 hours of complimentary house cleaning are gifted to the teacher, redeemable at a home of their choice within Bee Neat's service area, scheduled at a mutually agreed time. The cleaning has no cash value and may not be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash.
• Bee Neat is not responsible for any tax consequences of accepting the award; any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. Publicity

Winners are celebrated on this website and on Bee Neat's social media channels. By accepting the award, the winning teacher consents to the use of their name, school, grade level, photograph, and nomination excerpts in Program-related announcements, without additional compensation. A teacher may decline the publicity and still receive the award.

6. Nomination Content & Privacy

• By submitting a nomination, you confirm the information provided is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Information submitted through the nomination form is used to administer the Program and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. No School Affiliation

The Program is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any school, school district, or the State of Utah. References to schools are solely to identify nominated teachers and direct donations.

8. Changes to the Program

Bee Neat may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page and do not affect awards already announced.
